CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a deposit for all new clients to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied only to the original appointment date and time selected at booking and are non-transferable. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
